The Grove was previously a derelict country house that had been left empty for eight years – the roof leaked, the windows were rotten, and the grounds were overgrown. Since then we have worked tirelessly to lovingly restore the property with the help of local tradesmen and craftwork specialists.
You can see the transformation from derelict country house to the beautiful mansion of today in our series of slide shows – giving you a glimpse of some of the challenges we faced restoring this truly special place. A special thank you goes to the construction team, our suppliers, RBS and the Welsh Assembly Government for their support in making this possible. We’d also like to thank our friends and family who continued to believe in this project even when our heads were down.
