Our ambitous kitchen led by Duncan Barham creates some outstanding food (Good Food Guide cooking score of 5). Duncan is seeking a talented Sous Chef who is capable of leading a busy experienced kitchen at a highest levels in his absence. You will be mature in approach, thoughtful and creative about your style of food and be able to contribute and challenge the process of dish development working closely with the Head Chef. You will have a minimum of Michelin Star and/or 3 rosette experience and now looking for a new challenge.

Junior Waitressing Positions (only Full Time roles available)
All candidates will be immaculately presented with excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly outlook and impeccible manners. Some waitressing experience would be desirable.
