Our 4 converted stone cottages are set just aside from the main house within the 25 acre grounds of The Grove enjoying breathtaking views of Narberth and the whole width of the Preselli Hills.

In the cottages you will find oak beams, bespoke county oak kitchens and small wood burning stoves for chillier evenings. All rooms enjoy luxurious furnishings, beautiful local and international artwork and the finest linen. In the bathrooms you can relax in deep cast iron baths and be spoiled with underfloor heating and natural REN bath products. Solid Oak french doors will open from your lounge onto your own private terrace bordered with cottage flowers.

Whether you cosy up in front of the stove, eat hearty meals with friends or family, or just sit out and savour the gorgeous gardens you are sure to relax and indulge yourself at The Grove Cottages.

Guests at the cottages are welcomed with a selection of fresh local groceries.

Babysitting service can be provided with 3 days notice. A cot and highchair can also be provided on request.

Cottage facilities

All have kitchen/diners with Electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, lounge with TV/freeview, DVD player, baths with overhead showers, and private terrace with garden furniture. Oil central heating, woodburning stoves, underfloor heating to bathrooms. Towels and linen are provided.

Housekeeping

A housekeeping service can be provided on request for a fee of £80 per week.

Car Parking

1 designated space is provided on tarmac drive for each cottage with additional spaces in overflow car park.

Children

Cot and Highchair can be provided on request. We also can arrange babysitting with 3 days notice.

Smoking policy

Please note that there is a non smoking property at The Grove.

Terms of letting

For the purpose of the Terms of Letting, "The Grove" shall mean Neil Kedward and Zoe Agar trading as the The Grove Narberth and Visitor shall mean the person named in the booking form.

Check In/Out Times

The Cottages are available any time after 3-00 pm on first day of occupation. Guests are kindly requested to vacate cottage by 10-00am on the last day to allow adequate time for cleaning etc. Change-over day is usually Friday; other change over days can be arranged, please contact us to discuss.

Deposit

A booking for a property becomes firm when a 50% deposit* of the booking and a completed booking form are received by The Grove. Up to that time it is a provisional booking and provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 7 days.

Final Payment

The full balance of the total holiday cost is payable not later than eight weeks before the holiday begins. If the full balance is not paid on time, The Grove reserves the right to cancel the holiday booking, in which case the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation

The reservation of a property amounts to making a contract. We advise that you should take out separate holiday cancellation insurance. The deposit is non-refundable and so too is the final payment if cancellation is within 8 weeks. At the sole discretion of the The Grove, the charge may be waived if we are able to re-let the cancelled cottages.

Visitor Accommodation Limitation

Accommodation is limited to the number of persons for whom the booking is made; the maximum number must not exceed the number stated on the website for the cottage in question. The client may have supplementary guests staying as visitors but should advise the likelihood of this to The Grove in advance and the numbers must not exceed the occupancy limit for the cottage as stipulated on the website.

Animals

For the comfort and relaxation of all guests the Grove is animal free. We can happily advise of local kennels if required.

Joint bookings

Where two parties join together to take a holiday, the booking should be made in one name only, that person (the visitor) is to be responsible for all payments and any damage.

Personal injury and loss of visitor property

The visitor or members of his/her party cannot hold The Grove responsible for injury sustained or the loss or damage to any belongings during their stay at any one of the properties.

The Grove right of entry

The Grove and or its agents reserve the right to enter any cottage at any reasonable time for any reasonable cause.

Visitor Obligations

The visitor must keep the premises and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to The Grove the value of any part of the premises, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as they be incapable of being restored to their previous condition. Breakages and damage should be reported as soon as possible.

Should there be any discrepancy in the service provided within the property this should be intimated immediately to The Grove.

Property Cleanliness

The visitor and members of his/her party are asked to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The Grove reserve the right to make a charge for extra cleaning if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory condition.

Smoking

Please refrain from smoking in any of the Grove Cottages.
