Menus
Our Head Chef, Nigel will be designing menus that will be using the best seasonal produce we can find at any particular time. The quality of the food stems from the freshness of its ingredients from our excellent local suppliers and from our own Kitchen garden which will shortly start producing over 50 varieties of vegetable and 20 varieties of herb for the kitchen.
The spring menu below is only intended as a guide to the style of Nigel's food during the season.
