Christmas Break

Christmas Eve
Arrive at your leisure and settle into your luxurious bedroom. Relax and enjoy a delicious afternoon tea by the fire in our lovely lounge bar or in the library from 3pm. Mulled wine and Canapés in the lounge bar will begin your special evening before enjoying your dinner prepared by Emilio, and his team.
Christmas Day
A traditional Welsh country house breakfast menu will be served from 8am to 10am in the restaurant or continental breakfast in the comfort of your own room. A walk in the grounds, our Canaston Woods or one of the nearby beaches is highly recommended to build up your appetite for lunch.
At noon pre-lunch drinks will be served in the lounge bar before lunch on this special day. The sumptuous Christmas Lunch (pdf of menu), a 4 course meal, will be served from 1.00pm in our restaurant. The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax and recover!
Dinner in the evening takes the form of a light buffet, informal enough for you to enjoy in the restaurant or take upstairs to your room with a glass of wine!
Boxing Day
After the indulgences of the day before, breakfast will be served from 9am to 11am leaving you free to go and explore this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire. Afternoon tea is served from 3pm to sample again some of Emilios' delicious cakes and pastries. The Boxing Night Dinner is served from 7pm.

We kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay to secure your booking. 30th December
Arrive before 31st December and take the opportunity to relax at The Grove before the big night. Should you choose to arrive today a delicious Afternoon Tea and cakes will be served once you have settled into your luxurious room or suite. Pre-dinner drinks are served in the lounge bar from 6pm with log fires lit. A fabulous dinner from our December menu is served from 7pm.
New Years Eve
Start the day with a traditional country house breakfast served in the restaurant or a continental breakfast with croissants and pastries, served in the comfort of your own bedroom. Today you may like to take in some of the wonderful scenery Pembrokeshire has to offer; we have lots of ideas for trips for the day. Afternoon Tea will be served from 3.30pm to 5.o0pm. Pre-dinner drinks are served in the lounge bar from 6pm with log fires lit. Dinner starts at 7.30pm. (pdf of menu) (pdf of vegetarian menu)
We will begin with a champagne reception and delicious canapés. Emilio, our Head Chef is preparing a marvellous 6 course Dinner using some of the best local ingredients available to take you through to midnight for fireworks and champagne.

New Years Day
Enjoy a lie in with breakfast served from 9am. Bucks Fizz for those who can manage it! The day is yours to do whatever you wish, be it a walk in Canaston woods, on a nearby beach, or just curling up by the fire. For the brave there is the renowned Saundersfoot New Year's Day Charity Swim. Be sure to return before 2.30pm to enjoy our bird of prey walk and display which should be fascinating. A lovely Afternoon Tea will be served from 3.30pm before dinner from 7pm.
2nd January
Breakfast will be served from 8am either in the restaurant or a continental breakfast in your bedroom. Guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by noon.

We kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay to secure your booking.
